Who can say why I wanted to review this? Ha ha ha! Really though I believe this record proves a point I’ve been fussing about for a while: bands that go after the street-punk/power pop intersection, why some succeed and others fail (on a purely artistic level I’ll never understand why some of these groups get popular and others languish, other than money and proper positioning).
